Main Street Hanover Debuts Arts Menu at Folk & Flower Arts Festival on May 10
HANOVER, PA – Downtown Hanover will come alive with color, creativity, and community spirit during May’s 2nd Saturday celebration — the debut of the Folk & Flower Arts Festival on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This brand-new event invites residents and visitors alike to explore a joyful blend of art and nature with the introduction of Main Street Hanover’s Arts Menu, a curated guide to creative activities and happenings throughout the downtown district.
The festival begins in Center Square and blossoms outward with events and attractions for all ages — including a Chalk Art Showcase, live plein air painting, live music by Steel String Storytellers and The Leister Quartet, and hands-on experiences at participating businesses.
The Arts Menu offers a self-guided tour of interactive and immersive art opportunities at local shops, studios, and gathering places. Attendees can pick up a physical copy at the Main Street Hanover tent in the Square or download it in advance from the Main Street Hanover website.
“Our goal with the Folk & Flower Arts Festival and Arts Menu is to highlight Hanover’s creative heart and invite the community to celebrate together,” said Moriah Tyler, Executive Director of Main Street Hanover. “From sidewalk chalk to storytelling, and fairy gardens to crystal candles, this event was designed to uplift our town with joy, color, and artistic expression. It’s a day for everyone to explore something new and support the incredible small businesses that bring our downtown to life.”
