Main Street Hanover would like to welcome Casi Brough as the new Chair of the Main Street Hanover Promotions Committee. We are thrilled to have Casi on board and serving in this role.

Casi is currently an Accounting & Auditing Advisor with Stambaugh Ness, PC (office located within walking distance of downtown) where she specializes in government, not-for-profit and school districts. She is the Board Treasurer of the Hanover Area Young Professionals as well as serves on the Events Planning Committee. As a Spring Grove alumnus, she recently became involved in the Spring Grove Area Scholarship Foundation Board. In her free time, Casi plays in a local volleyball league each season. Aside from being an accountant by day, she’s a baker and crafter by night (skills she inherited from her great grandmother who had a stand at Hanover Market for about 20 years) with Casi’s Creations, a small business she started last year.

“I became involved in Main Street Hanover in 2011 as a committee member for Saturday’s on Main Street. In 2012-2013, I joined the Main Street Hanover Design committee. I am extremely passionate about revitalizing downtown Hanover. My family tree’s branches span across all of
Hanover and have a long history in the town. Over the years, I have been told many stories of the days when downtown was the place to be. I want to continue my family’s legacy and be a part of the change in downtown, to see it prosper, and hope that it again can be “the place to be.””

The Promotions Committee of the Main Street Hanover organization focuses on creating a positive image that will renew community pride and tell the Main Street Story in the surrounding region. This committee works on ways to communicate the downtown’s unique characteristics, cultural traditions, architecture, and history. They also plan activities for shoppers, visitors, investors, and potential business and property owners. Main Street Hanover’s website, logo and branding efforts are all thanks to those who volunteer on the Promotion’s committee.
